Paul Conrad

Field Superintendent

Paul has been in residential construction since 1986 and he joined the Ideal team in 2005 as a Field Superintendent. In the fall of 2009 he moved into the Lead Estimator position. In this capacity he worked closely with the sales team on building our clients dream homes and also works closely with our suppliers to keep Ideal up-to-date on the latest trends, items, and technology in home building.   In late 2019 Paul went back out into the field as a Project Manager.

Paul and his wife, Mindi, have two adult sons, Spencer (wife Becca) and Parker. Paul enjoys spending time with his family in their winter cabin and spends his summers flying his RC airplanes.
