Villas of Coventry is designed for mature homeowners who want to live a more care free lifestyle and be removed from the hassle of yard and lawn maintenance. Owners will belong to an Association which in turn will provide all the required services. Villas of Coventry will have a mixture of single family and duplex villas. The duplex villas are divided into two lots which allows each member to own their own lot. Villas of Coventry is incorporating a scenic pond and walking paths with a gazebo and outside amenities. Larry Smith of Indiana Real Estate is currently working with homeowners on lot selection, floor plans, and design.
North on Interstate Highway 69 to 1st Auburn exit #126. Go east to County Road 427 and then turn left and go north to stop light. Turn east on County Road 48 to a T and turn right on County Road 46A. Subdivision 200 yards on left.
