Since the launch of READI in 2021, the demand for funding had demonstrated a larger need and READI 2.0 is in the works.
Wabash City's Marvelous Model for Growth
The city of Wabash has embraced this funding model to bring forth Legacy Heights. This former site of Parkview Wabash Hospital will soon be home to 44 single-family homes proudly built by Ideal Builders. With READI's $2.5 million allocation accounting for 17% of the project cost, it is the perfect catalyst for growth and opportunities.
