Homes in Village Side Park range from the mid 90’s including lot.The subdivision is very close to the high school that students will attend. It is also only a few blocks from the city park, which has soccer fields, ball diamonds and a pavilion. The community has summer ball leagues that practice and play at the park fields, which will be very convenient for Village Side Park parents. The community of Berne is also a strong Mennonite community. Local churches have special holiday programs every year for members and the public.
